Barn Buddies Program

In order to reduce the number of cats currently housed at the shelter, the Prince Albert SPCA is piloting a program that gives male cats the chance to live as mousers in selected farm, barn or shop situations. Before adoption these cats will have received a health check, vaccinations, a microchip, deemed not aggressive and easy to handle and be neutered. While there are some risks living in this environment, it offers these cats a second chance. The cats will be available at no cost to individuals who offer them the opportunity to live in a rural, farm or shop environment.

Fixed Income Cat Spay Program

The Fixed Income Sterilization Program offers low cost spay of Cats for qualifying residents of the City of Prince Albert.
